As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Ben Meyer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. Responsibilities:
- Prospect, quote, and sell property and casualty insurance policies (e.g., auto, homeowners, renters, commercial property, general liability).
- Prospect, quote, and sell life and health insurance policies.
- Follow up on leads and referrals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Sales experience preferred
- Outbound calling experience preferred
- People-oriented
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
You must obtain the required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) prior to your start date. The agency will assist you with the licensing process and reimburse associated costs upon completion and start of employment. Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in St Louis Park, MN and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:

State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
