Sewing Machine Operator

Legacy Staffing has partnered with best-in-class American flag manufacturer Annin Flagmakers in Coshocton, OH to hire Entry Level Sewing Machine Operators. We are hiring for first and second shift opportunities at a pay rate of $13.45/hour for 1st shift and $13.95/hour for second. This role focuses on learning and operating industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality American flags in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. No prior sewing machine experience is required. We provide training for motivated individuals who are dependable, punctual, and eager to learn a new skill. Key Responsibilities: Participate in an 8-week training program to learn sewing machine operation. Operate industrial sewing machines in a production environment. Produce quality products while meeting production goals. Follow safety, quality, and work instructions at all times. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Work as part of a team to meet daily production schedules. Required Qualifications: No experience necessary. Will train. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to learn new skills and follow instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Must successfully complete training and demonstrate the ability to operate sewing machines. Shift Information: 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Benefits Include: Affordable healthcare plans available for eligible employees.
