Job Responsibilities

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and create tailored therapy programs that support their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based approaches to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily activities
• Collaborate with Diverse Healthcare Teams: Work hand-in-hand with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, integrated care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and caregivers on therapeutic methods that nurture ongoing recovery at home
• Track Progress and Adjust Plans: Record clinical outcomes and modify treatment strategies to ensure sustained patient improvement

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
• Continued education or additional certifications are encouraged and funded

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification is mandatory
