Sales Associate (Costa Mesa)

We are seeking dependable, customer-focused Sales Associates to support merchandise operations for a live entertainment engagement in Costa Mesa.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests in a high-volume merchandise environment.
• Process cashless and card transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Stock, organize, and maintain visually appealing merchandise displays.
• Assist guests with product selection, sizing, and general merchandise questions.
• Support inventory counts, replenishment, and end-of-shift merchandise procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales area throughout each shift.
• Follow onsite operational, security, and customer-service procedures.


Qualifications

• Previous retail, merchandising, hospitality, or guest-service experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, public-facing live-event setting.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move merchandise as needed.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matinee shifts.
• Ability to attend required orientation and training before scheduled shifts.


Schedule


Assignments may include weekday evenings, weekend matinees, and evening performances. Candidates should be available for varied event shifts; team members will not necessarily be scheduled for every shift.
