About The Job Sales Operations Analyst At Specialized, we believe data is crucial in modernizing our business. This role reports to the North America Sales Operations team and interfaces with teams throughout the North America business to streamline processes, support sales, build business tools and reports, and present recommendations to leadership. You will serve as a primary point of contact for sales team escalations, navigate complex scenarios, resolve critical issues, and align decisions with senior management. This role requires exceptional cross‑functional leadership, strong analytical judgment, and the ability to operate with clarity and influence in high‑pressure situations. In addition, you must be comfortable wearing many hats and learning on the job. You may be deep in a technical issue one day and building a dashboard for a new initiative the next. This role exposes you to a broad range of best‑in‑class technologies and contributes to the growth of North America business at the leading brand in the cycling industry. How You'll Make a Difference Serve as the primary owner for urgent, complex escalations, prioritizing issues across multiple teams and competing priorities Quickly assess situations, identify root causes, and engage the appropriate subject matter experts and leaders to drive timely resolution Create dynamic reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau to support the North America Sales organization Conduct ad‑hoc analyses and provide insights to North America Sales leadership Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand key business objectives and create analyses to measure and track results Work with the Sales & Category teams to execute selling strategies Support the business with order creation for sales samples and marketing needs Develop and implement actionable plans to identify and resolve data discrepancies Build and execute sales targets, compensation, and commissions for the sales team What You'll Need To Win 2+ years of experience as an Analyst or similar position Prior experience in Finance, Operations, Product Management, Sales, or related field Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with a passion for data Hands‑on experience in aggregating, manipulating, and visualizing data into actionable insights Advanced Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, nested formulas, and data management Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills Ability to work hand‑in‑hand with Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, Finance, and other functional teams in a fast‑paced environment Familiarity with Oracle, Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce Benefits Include Compensation: Morgan Hill, CA $72‑$92k; Salt Lake City, UT $65‑$75k Competitive pay with annual performance‑based reviews Comprehensive healthcare plan options: PPO, EPO, HDHP, HMO (acupuncture and physical therapy included) Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contributions when enrolled in HDHP Dental and vision plans 401(k) company matching up to $5,000 annually with immediate 100% vesting; administrative fees paid by the company Company‑paid life, AD&D, short‑term and long‑term disability insurance Employee Assistance Program for individualized mental well‑being care Generous vacation, sick, paid holidays, and volunteer time off 14 weeks of 100% paid leave for birthing parents and 8 weeks of 100% paid leave for non‑birthing parents, plus a Specialized bike for the new baby Up to $9,000 annually in career development & degree assistance Up to $250 annually in fitness & wellness reimbursement Industry Pro‑Deal discounts and perks We want to increase representation of all races, genders, and body types in the cycling industry and are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce where all people thrive.
