Commensurate with experience.Shift: Per DiemHow You Will Make An Impact:Supporting the resident's physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needsAssisting residents in activities of daily livingImplementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belongingProviding assistance with resident activities and resident programsWorking with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely mannerWhat You Will Need:Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience.Current CPR certification is preferred.Current CNA certification for the state of New Jersey is requiredMust be at least 18 years of ageBasic computer skills required.Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English is required.Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
