Job Summary:
Provide speech-language pathology services to patients, assessing and treating communication and swallowing disorders. Ensure the delivery of high-quality care based on individual patient needs and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities through comprehensive assessments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to address communication challenges.
• Implement therapy techniques and interventions to improve patient skills.
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home practice strategies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license and certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Demonstrate experience in pediatric and adult speech and language disorders.
• Possess strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of working effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques and industry standards.
