Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a hands‑on Maintenance Manager with strong electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical expertise to lead maintenance operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Implement and manage predictive and preventive maintenance programs. Drive quality initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and prevent repeat issues. Review and monitor rotating equipment conditions. Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs). Participate in equipment design to ensure reliability and maintainability. Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and engineering sketches. Create and present reports detailing maintenance activities, equipment status, shutdown planning, and cost control. Lead and develop technicians while holding teams accountable to performance standards. Qualifications Associate’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology—or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of manufacturing industry experience with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills. Proven electrical and mechanical troubleshooting capabilities. Reliability‑driven mindset with emphasis on preventive maintenance and uptime improvement. Experience with CMMS optimization including scheduling, reporting, and workflow improvement. Knowledge of relevant OSHA requirements.
