Starting Pay - $27.66 to $41.48 (based on experience) Offers for external candidates are generally made between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on experience. Medical Insurance Vision Insurance Basic Life Insurance Tuition Reimbursement Employer Paid Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability Adoption Assistance Plan Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required Two to three years of healthcare experience preferred Demonstrated analytical skills Strong understanding of healthcare business and accounting concepts Job Responsibilities: Prepares and enters monthly adjusting and closing entries. Assists with compilation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports including Hospital Annual Report, annual governmental surveys, and other various reports as needed. Assists with the development, coordination, and implementation of Finance procedures. Assists with the annual budget process. Provides financial support to management. Attends education and training seminars and meetings. Assists with monthly bank reconciliation. Assists with Accounts Payable processing. Assists with Fixed Asset System and prepares monthly fixed asset reconciliation. Other duties as assigned.
