Registered Nurse (RN), Care Manager, Part Time

Job Overview Pay Range: $35.92 - $53.88 (actual rate based on experience, skills, training, certifications, and education). At HSHS, patient care comes first. Care Managers work to ensure our patients receive cost‑effective, high‑quality care in the most clinically appropriate setting by collaborating with patients, family physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and payor representatives. The role helps ensure care is truly reflective of the services and support needed to heal. Position Details Department: Care Management Core Function: Nursing Schedule: Part‑Time, 16 hours/week (Saturday and Sunday, 8–10 hour shifts) Location: HSHS St. Elizabeth's Hospital, O'Fallon, IL Qualifications Education: Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing (required), Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Experience: 2 years of clinical experience (required), prior case management experience (preferred), quality/process improvement experience (preferred). Certifications, Licenses & Registrations Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (required). Wisconsin RNs may practice with a valid multi‑state RN license under the Nurse Licensure Compact. Case Management certification (ACM, CCM, RN‑BC) preferred. Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) required within 60 days of hire.
