About the Role
An established regional health system is seeking a Hospice Physician to provide week-long locum coverage for a dedicated hospice program. This opportunity focuses exclusively on hospice medicine with no palliative care responsibilities and offers a combination of scheduled daytime coverage and shared call responsibilities.
Position Highlights
- Hospice-only practice with no palliative care responsibilities
- Week-long assignment blocks with additional future coverage opportunities
- Monday-Friday daytime schedule (8:00 AM 4:30 PM) plus evening/night call and weekend call coverage
- In-person practice setting; no telemedicine requirements
- Epic EMR and integrated multidisciplinary support team
