Manufacturing Engineer II

**Job Title:** Manufacturing Engineer II **Location:** Little Canada, MN - 100% Onsite **Pay Range:** $35/hr to $40/hr on W2 **Mode:** 12 Months Contract - 7am to 3.30pm **Job Details:** + Support and continuously improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures to meet daily production schedules while enhancing productivity and product quality. + Proactively seek out improvements and solutions to quality and productivity issues. + Support production by responding to line down issues and other manufacturing concerns raised by the manufacturing teams. + Maintain and manage all production status and statistics information for the assigned product lines (production line owner). + Utilize tools like DMAIC, A3, Gage R&R, Cp, Cpk, and SPC to improve processes. **What's Needed?** + Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Biomedical, or related Engineering field. + Experience with manufacturing process troubleshooting and equipment maintenance. + Proficiency with manufacturing concepts such as Value Stream mapping, 5S, and Visual Workplace. **Upon completion of waiting period consultants are eligible for:** + Medical and Prescription Drug Plans + Dental Plan + Vision Plan + Health Savings Account + Health Flexible Spending Account + Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account + Supplemental Life Insurance + Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance + Business Travel Insurance + 401(k), Plus Match + Weekly Pay If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
