Customer Service Representative

IMMEDIATE CALL CENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED

FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY WITH ROOM FOR GROWTH
MONDAY - FRIDAY 9AM-6PM
PROVIDENCE, RI (ON SITE ONLY)
$18/HR
Qualifications:
2 years of customer service experience in an office setting
Excellent communication skills
Microsoft Office proficient
Responsibilities:

* Answer all customer calls promptly and professionally.
* Enter order-processing information quickly and accurately.
* Ensure maintenance of manual order entry skills and supplies for use in the even of system failure.
* Provide accurate service and pricing information
* Complete all inquiries regarding trace requests and communicate status to customer(s).
* Ensure customer satisfaction by handling all complaints and referring them internally for action.

This is a Contract position based out of Providence, RI.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
