The ideal candidate will analyze complex corporate documents, internal communications, and financial records to identify key evidence supporting consumer protection and privacy class actions.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct first- and second-level privilege, relevance, and confidentiality reviews of electronic documents.Apply complex issue coding and tagging protocols accurately under tight deadlines.Identify "hot" documents and draft concise summaries for senior litigation associates and partners.Escalate potential privilege issues or critical evidentiary findings immediately.Participate in periodic team meetings regarding review strategies and quality control metrics.Qualifications & RequirementsActive JD from an ABA-accredited law school.Active bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.Minimum 2-3 years of document review experience, preferably within civil litigation or plaintiffs-side class actions.Demonstrated proficiency with major e-discovery review platforms (e.g., Relativity, Logikcull, Everlaw).Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.Ability to commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) and pass a brief conflict check.Dedicated and driven lawyers, with both a desire to do good in the world and a strong entrepreneurial spirit, thrive in our firm.
