Event Server for Hospitality Pop-Up Events Club

About Us: Hello! We're Social House, and we're on a mission to revolutionize the tradition F&B scene! We are in the early beta test stage for an upscale roaming social club concept, specializing in highly curated, interactive culinary experiences. We have 10 events under our belt and are looking to build our 'Opening Team'—a core group of reliable, energetic, and hospitality-driven individuals to help us launch and grow.

This is a ground-floor opportunity. For team members who prove themselves to be reliable, competent, and highly detail-oriented, there will be extensive opportunities for growth, leadership roles, and higher pay in the future.

The Role: This is a dynamic, all-hands-on-deck position. You will be expected to wear many different hats over the course of a single shift. We are looking for team players who are ready to hustle, take ownership of the space, and ensure our guests have a flawless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extreme attention to detail: Standards are exceptionally high. Plates must be spotless, glasses polished perfectly, and all event spaces, prep areas, and stations must be kept super neat and hyper-organized at all times.
• Food running & kitchen assist: Running food to guests, and jumping in to help the chef directly as an extra set of hands for prep and precise plating.
• Maintenance & dishwashing: Clearing plates, bussing empty glasses, jumping into the dish pit to wash dishes, and keeping the culinary team moving smoothly.
• Event setup & teardown: Assisting with complete load-in and load-out (must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds).
• Guest interaction: Engaging with guests politely, confidently, and professionally throughout the event.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of hospitality, catering, or serving experience is preferred, but no prior experience is strictly necessary if you have the right drive, work ethic, and attitude.
• Attitude & Composure: Must be able to take direction and direct feedback without ego or attitude. Events move fast, so being able to remain completely calm under pressure is a huge plus.
• Professionalism & Hygiene: You are the face of a premium brand. Impeccable personal hygiene and a clean, sharp, professional appearance are required at all times.
• Personality: You must be very friendly, highly social, confident, and outgoing.
• Punctuality: On-time is late; early is on time. Punctuality is an absolute must.
