Are you a detail-oriented leader who takes pride in celebrating others' achievements? We’re looking for a focused individual to oversee our daily operations and production.
The Role:
- Lead Operations: Able to deal with the public. Manage customer orders from consultation to completion. Ability to operate shop in owners absence.
- Quality Control: High attention to detail is vital—precision in spelling, layout, and finishing is our standard.
- Independent Execution: Work independently to juggle deadlines and keep the shop running smoothly.
- Design & Production: Hands-on creation of awards. Proficiency in CorelDRAW is highly helpful for engraving setups and layouts.
Schedule & Pay:
- Rate: Starting at $25.00/hour .
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Availability: Must be open to occasional overtime during our peak awards seasons.
- NO BENEFITS
What You Bring:
- A "measure twice, cut once" mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and self-motivation.
- Experience in retail management or custom manufacturing.
