Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Initiate and follow the established plan of care, requesting revisions as patient needs change
• Provide therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing interventions
• Monitor patient condition and communicate changes to the physician or clinical supervisor
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments and document patient responses
• Support patient and family education, care coordination, goal setting, and discharge planning as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current Health Certificate (per state regulations or contract requirements)
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Current BLS certification
• One year of RN experience preferred
