General Manager - Restaurant

Zaxby's is an American chain of fast casual restaurants offering chicken wings, chicken fingers, sandwiches, and salads. The chain operates primarily in the South, and has more than 900 locations.

The Restaurant Manager has the responsibility for being responsible for running day-to-day activities at your store and ensuring that our personnel and our product are top notch. This role will report directly to their respective General Manager. This role entails an on-site position for full-time or part-time work. Must have a flexible schedule with nights and weekends being required. Must have understanding of FOH and BOH operations.

Job Qualifications:

The following requirements must be met in order to qualify for this position:

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• 2 years of previous Restaurant Management experience

Essential Job Functions:

Essential duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Execute all systems on a daily basis to ensure a clean, organized restaurant
• Assist increasing sales and profit by exceeding guest expectations through outstanding product and service
• Be the champion of culture with your staff to deliver encore experiences
• Communicate effectively with staff and leadership team
• Maintain high standards of service throughout the operational day by demonstrating leadership by example
• Monitor training levels and provide team members with appropriate feedback
• Assist Unit Marketing Director/Marketing Coordinator in execution of marketing plans through building community relationships/partnerships
• Review, celebrate and coach the team based off of daily results/metrics
• Provide leadership by generating excitement, enthusiasm, positivity, flexibility and commitment toward company objectives
