Licenses/Certifications: Current LA PT license (or PTA license)
Experience: Minimum 1+ years in specialty

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay Rate: $63.65
Pay Package: Discussed upon application

What You'll Do

Manage outpatient therapy caseloads independently, focusing on general orthopedics, sports medicine, pediatrics, neuro-specific diagnoses, and spinal patients
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient treatment plans
Document patient progress using EMR systems such as Wellsky and Meditech Expanse
Support patient recovery through skilled therapeutic interventions, including both surgical and non-surgical cases
Participate in departmental orientation and ongoing training to ensure compliance and quality care
Provide compassionate patient education and support to promote optimal recovery

What You Need

Required:

Current Louisiana PT or PTA license
At least 1 year of experience working with relevant patient populations
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Proficiency with EMR systems (EPIC, Wellsky, Meditech Expanse, or AOD)
Supportive attitude and excellent communication skills

Preferred:

Experience with acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, or outpatient settings
Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (or willing to obtain prior to start)
