Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team. Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents. Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Provide compassionate support and care to residents and their families. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training programs. Requirements: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not mandatory. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient care. Basic life support (BLS) certification required. Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
