Performance is measured against Company values and meeting various financial KPIs, in addition to upholding ethical standards expected for any similar position. What You'll Bring (Requirements): Scheduling flexibility to cover the dynamic needs of the business (mornings, nights, weekends) Decision-making, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to create and present ideas, reports, and budgets in various formats Ability to work both independently and in a team Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks Must have a food safety manager certification upon hire Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands of a restaurant environment.
