Lead Clinical Excellence in Community Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Manager to join a growing community health organization serving the Greater New Haven area. This leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee nursing operations, mentor clinical staff, and help drive high-quality patient care in a mission-driven outpatient setting.

As Nurse Manager, you will play a key role in supporting daily clinical operations, developing nursing talent, ensuring quality standards, and fostering a collaborative care environment that improves health outcomes across the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for nursing staff and clinical operations
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development of nursing team members
• Promote quality patient care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to optimize clinic workflows
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
• Serve as a clinical resource and provide direct patient care support when needed
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on patient-centered care

Position Details

• Full-Time, Permanent (W2)
• Monday-Friday Schedule
• 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 40 Hours per Week
• Administrative and leadership-focused role with occasional clinical support responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $99,000 - $115,000

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of ambulatory care experience
• Minimum 1 year of nursing leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication, coaching, and team leadership skills
• Commitment to community-based healthcare and patient advocacy
