General Summary: The OR Inventory Coordinator is responsible for the cost-effective and timely ordering, flow, and distribution of sterile and non-sterile supplies, services, and equipment to the Operating Room. This role supports Surgical Services by ensuring supplies, instrumentation, equipment, and instrument case carts are available and transported to ORs throughout the hospital in a timely manner.

This position requires knowledge of operating room supplies, instrumentation, and equipment. The OR Inventory Coordinator will interact with internal and external contacts, both in person and over the phone, to support surgical services, resolve supply-related issues, and maintain efficient daily operations.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma required.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in an Operating Room or Sterile Supply environment with extensive knowledge of operating room supplies, equipment, and instrumentation required.
• Experience in procurement, inventory control, and supply chain management is also desired.

Shift

Rotating day/evening shift, Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, and Wednesday and Thursday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Salary Range: Minimum 17.37/hour - Maximum 26.68/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
