Join a dedicated healthcare team in the Pacific Northwest region as an Environmental Services Technician on a PRN basis. Job Summary

As an Environmental Services Technician, you will use germicidal detergents and cleaning supplies to sanitize patient care areas, equipment, and common spaces. Responsibilities include dusting, mopping, washing walls and windows, cleaning furniture and fixtures, handling soiled linens, and managing waste removal. The position requires attention to detail, the ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently, and a strong commitment to safety for patients and coworkers.

Work Environment

This role involves working under close supervision, performing standardized tasks quietly and promptly. You may be required to rotate between various district facilities, including clinics, hospital, and administrative offices, as needed.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, with hospital-based experience considered a plus.

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to learn and follow established policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills to provide excellent customer service.
• Competence in operating common cleaning tools and equipment.

Physical Requirements

The role involves frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying items weighing up to 35 pounds. Vision, hearing, and speech should be within normal range, with or without corrective devices.
