Charismatic, Passionate, Fitness- Orientated Professional with Sales Skills Wanted for highly successful Kickboxing Franchise.

If so, we are looking for Full Time and Part Time coaches Asap. We currently have 20 locations nationwide and are expanding fast.

We are currently seeking a high energy, results driven, badass with tons of in person sales, and fitness experience. "A-players" only considered.

FIT Theorem (FITT) has a mission to change peoples lives for the better and YOU would be the tip of the spear for our prospective clients!

This position will be focused on teaching group fitness classes, 1-1 coaching, and membership sales. Candidates will be tasked with nurturing leads, generating client referrals, teaching classes, hosting virtual classes, and conducting multiple sales meetings per week.

For this role to be a good fit, you must LOVE developing relationships and helping people improve their lives!

Ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of building rapport, demonstrating value, and creating excitement around our services.

Responsibilities:

• Instruct groups of individuals in fitness activities
• Offer support to help clients achieve their fitness goals
• Demonstrate proper form and technique
• Develop and implement specialized training programs for clients
• Ensure fitness programs are effective, safe, and fun

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a personal trainer or in other related fields
• Ability to train at all fitness levels
• Passion for health and fitness
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
