Responsibilities:

• Provide full-spectrum family medicine care including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, physical examinations, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions across all age groups
• Utilize evidence-based clinical guidelines while developing individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging studies
• Prescribe medications and manage ongoing patient pharmacotherapy
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate with experienced clinical and administrative staff to deliver exceptional patient care

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain one prior to start date
• Valid DEA registration (Or ability to obtain)
• Clean NPDB report and references
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based care environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a primary care or family medicine clinical setting preferred
• Familiarity with AdvancedMD EHR system
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based medicine

• Competitive Compensation : Total annual compensation ranging from $225,000 to $350,000+, depending on experience, productivity, and incentives.
