RN Clinical Educator

The RN Clinical Educator is responsible for establishing staff learning needs and designing programs to address those needs, with a primary focus on clinical staff. BSN required, Masters in health related field and Simulation experience preferred. Minimum five years clinical experience. RN license in the State of Vermont or eligibility for Vermont licensure. Current BLS certification required or ability to obtain within 6 months from date of hire. Current BLS instructor preferred or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment.
