HIM Analyst — Impactful Medical Records & Compliance

Willamette Valley Medical Center is seeking an HIM Analyst to assemble and review inpatient, short stay, rehab and observation records for accuracy and completeness. Reports to the Director Health Information Management and is non-exempt under FLSA. Key duties include analyzing medical records for deficiencies, assigning tasks to staff, updating tracking data, and maintaining confidentiality when handling calls and visitors.
