The FOPSR is often a first contact a patient has with the organization in person upon arrival in a clinic. Responsibilities, included but not limited to: Provides excellent customer services when performing a variety of patient administrative tasks. Schedules appointments and telephone encounters. Maintains clinic documentations by ensures all required patient forms are complete, distributed and scanned as needed.
