OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Arlington, VA by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Run nationwide OTR dry‑van freight for HMD Trucking from Arlington, operating long‑haul routes with predictable lanes and a safety‑oriented carrier.

What you'll do:

• Safely operate company‑provided dry vans, complete pre/post‑trip inspections, and maintain accurate logs and deliveries.
• Liaise with dispatch to ensure on‑time pickups and drop‑offs across regional and national lanes.

• Starting pay at 65¢/mile with weekly averages around 2,500 miles plus bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals. Modern fleet under three years features APUs, inverters, sleepers, and in‑house maintenance support.

Requirements: CDL‑A and at least 12 months verifiable experience. Home every two weeks and comprehensive benefits available.
