After your first closing , Kittle Real Estate will reimburse your real estate school tuition

We’re looking for motivated, coachable individuals who want more than just a license—they want to build a long-term career serving buyers and sellers across Northern Colorado.

Compensation:

$86,000 - $195,000

Responsibilities:

Guide clients through the home-buying process, ensuring they feel informed and confident every step of the way.
Conduct thorough market research to provide clients with the most current and relevant property listings.
Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, striving for the best possible outcomes.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, enhancing our collective success.
Attend regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
Utilize technology and tools provided by Kittle Real Estate to streamline processes and enhance client experiences.

Qualifications:

Experience in real estate or a related field is preferred, but not required.
Ability to guide clients through the home-buying process with clarity and empathy.
Proven track record of successful negotiation, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients.
Strong research skills to provide clients with the most current and relevant property listings.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to enhance collective success.
Commitment to ongoing learning and attending regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends.
Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
