Job Summary As the EVS Manager, you play a critical role in creating and maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests and team members. In this position, you will lead the EVS team by overseeing staffing, daily operations, cleanliness standards, and compliance. Your ability to foster team performance, uphold health and safety protocols, and drive service excellence directly supports the overall guest experience and organizational efficiency. Job Description The role includes supervising day-to-day operations of the EVS department, enforcing housekeeping standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining effective communication with other departments to support guest satisfaction.
