Med-Pat has been the leading provider of patient room telephones to the healthcare industry since 1986, located in Shrewsbury, NJ.  We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Associate to play a vital role in our warehouse team. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and takes pride in keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage everyday shipping tasks to ensure orders are accurate and dispatched on time
• Conduct quarterly inventory reports to help maintain accurate stock records
• Unload incoming containers efficiently and safely – with support of outside help
• Build and secure pallets properly for shipment if/when necessary
• Oversee warehouse organization and maintain a clean, safe workspace
• Process return shipments

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse operations, especially shipping and receiving
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and moving items – using a hand truck and/or pallet jack                
• Familiarity with inventory management and reporting
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team
