Responsibilities Key partner in developing patient care plans alongside the dentist, using American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines. Manage your schedule to allow for comprehensive patient care and education. Expand your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development. Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care. Qualifications Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution. Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
