What You'll Do

As Restaurant Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant by leading your team and ensuring every shift meets Dunkin' brand standards.
Leadership

• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain exceptional team members.
• Create a positive, respectful, and accountable workplace culture.
• Develop Shift Leaders and Crew Members for internal promotion.
• Lead by example through professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic.

Operations

• Execute all Dunkin' operational and brand standards consistently.
• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate guest service.
• Maintain exceptional product quality and food safety standards.
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness and organization inside and outside the building.
• Manage labor to maximize productivity while controlling costs.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, food costs, and waste.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs when necessary.

Business Performance

• Drive restaurant sales and profitability.
• Achieve key performance metrics including:
• Guest Satisfaction
• Speed of Service
• Order Accuracy
• Food Safety Compliance
• Labor Management
• Food Cost
• Team Retention
• Secret Shopper and Brand Standards Scores
• Analyze restaurant reports and implement action plans to improve results.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Create weekly schedules based on business needs.
• Complete payroll accurately and on time.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and employment laws.
• Maintain accurate records and complete required reporting.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience (Quick Service Restaurant experience preferred)
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Dunkin' experience
• Multi-unit leadership development
• P&L management
• Inventory and food cost control
• Hiring and staffing
• Performance coaching

Schedule Expectations

This is a full-time salaried leadership position.

Managers are expected to:

• Work a minimum of 45 hours per week
• Be scheduled five days per week
• Maintain flexibility based on business needs
• Lead peak business periods, including mornings, weekends, and holidays when necessary
• Be present on the restaurant floor, coaching and supporting the team
