Direct Support Professional (DSP) BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team throughout Independence, MO areas. BAYADA caregivers – Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) – work one‑on‑one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential.
