Integrity Facility Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team at Presbyterian Village in Austell, GA. This position is responsible for cleaning resident homes, common areas, and preparing vacant units to company standards.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is reliable, and enjoys creating a clean, welcoming environment for residents.
Job Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, including cabinets, countertops, sinks, appliances, and floors.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures.
- Dust furniture, windowsills, vents, ceiling fans, blinds, and baseboards.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop all flooring surfaces.
- Empty trash and replace liners.
- Clean interior windows and glass surfaces as assigned.
- Wipe down doors, light switches, and high-touch areas.
- Perform move-in/move-out cleaning of vacant apartments.
- Complete weekly exterior cleaning assignments when needed.
- Follow all company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Report maintenance concerns to management.
