ASCP Environmental Service Technician - PRN

Join a dedicated healthcare team in the Pacific Northwest region as an Environmental Service Technician on a part-time, as-needed basis. Job Summary

As an Environmental Service Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and servicing assigned areas using germicidal detergents and cleaning supplies. Duties include dusting, mopping, washing walls and windows, cleaning furniture and equipment, and managing waste and soiled linens. You will work under close supervision, performing routine tasks efficiently while being mindful of patient safety and comfort.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is a plus.

Requirements and Skills

• Ability to learn and follow established policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Capability to operate common cleaning tools and equipment.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and accept supervision from multiple sources.

Physical Demands
