2 College Brothers Moving & Storage in Gainesville is hiring experienced Movers, Drivers, and Crew Chiefs who take pride in doing the job right and treating people - customers and teammates - the way they'd want to be treated. What You'll Do

• Run moves from start to finish - set the pace, lead your crew, and keep the job moving safely and on schedule.
• Drive our trucks to and from job sites, with pre-trip and post-trip inspections to keep everything road-ready.
• Load, unload, pad, and secure furniture and belongings so everything arrives exactly the way it left.
• Be the face of the company on-site - keep customers in the loop, answer their questions, and leave them impressed.
• Handle the curveballs - tight doorways, heavy or awkward pieces, last-minute changes - without losing your cool.
• Keep the paperwork straight: inventory sheets, job logs, and customer sign-offs.
• Help train and bring up newer movers so the whole crew gets better.

What We're Looking For

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Moving and/or driving experience. For Crew Chief candidates: leadership experience, or the drive and attitude to grow into it.
• The physical stamina to lift heavy items and stay on your feet through a full day.
• Strong communication and a genuine customer-first attitude.
• A cool head and quick thinking when problems pop up.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekdays and some weekends.
• Able to pass a drug test and background check.
