Leasing Specialist

Job Overview Leasing Specialist responsible for all aspects of a branch leasing department, managing prospects, applications, and market analysis. Requires an active real‑estate license and reports to the Branch Leasing Manager or Senior Branch Leasing Manager. Responsibilities Manage application processing and ensure accurate entry into the company’s CRM. Utilize daily/weekly reports to follow up on assigned applications. Qualify applications by collecting required documentation prior to screening. Screen applicants and provide exception documentation when necessary. Publish and syndicate marketed homes to approved third‑party websites. Conduct local travel to verify marketing path, signage, and presentation. Meet weekly Service Level Agreements (SLA) set by the Leasing Manager. Perform marketing path analysis, write CPR (Critical Property Review) reports, and collaborate with Revenue Management. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Willingness to obtain a Real Estate license in the state of residence within 6 months of employment. 1–2 years of Property Management experience (preferred). Valid driver’s license. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and prospect/resident management systems.
