Role Overview DSR Lead (2025-1202) Role Overview The DSR Lead guides, coaches, and inspires the Direct Sales Representative (DSR) team to drive performance, exceed sales goals, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This leadership role combines sales expertise with people management to foster a culture of accountability, results, and customer focus. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and motivates a team to succeed.
