Multi-Craft Industrial Maintenance Technician

We're hiring a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to support a manufacturing facility. You'll maintain and repair equipment such as conveyors, compressors, and production machines. Will be working on corrugation and converting machines, long term position with full benefits starting on your 1st month.

Shift: Night shift 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (2-2-3 schedule)

Training on days (3060 days)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Work with 480V, 3-phase motors and electrical systems
• Support PLC-controlled equipment
• Maintain conveyors, motors, pumps, and gearboxes
• Read blueprints and electrical schematics
• Follow safety procedures (OSHA, lockout/tagout)
• Document work and communicate with the team

Requirements

• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience with 480V and PLC troubleshooting
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $32.29 - $32.39/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
