Compensation & Benefits:• Competitive base salary starting at $400,000+• Typical established physicians can achieve $550,000+ total cash compensation• wRVU incentive model focused on productivity, quality, patient experience, and documentation• Guaranteed $100,000 sign-on bonus• 5 CME days plus $2,500 annually• Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance• Paid malpractice coverage• Paid time off• Relocation assistance• Student loan repayment support• State license application fees and renewals paid by the client
