Full Time

Enjoy a $20,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for this full-time leadership role in a busy Emergency Department serving the Southeastern United States region. As the Lead Charge Nurse (LCN), you will coordinate staff and resources to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care while fostering a positive patient experience.

Education

Current Registered Nurse licensure is required, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Experience

Applicants should have 3-4 years of emergency nursing experience and at least one year in a management or leadership role.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal skills, effective organizational abilities, and leadership qualities are essential. Candidates must be knowledgeable about the physiological, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of emergency patients. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, and lifting with proper body mechanics. The role may involve exposure to blood or other potentially infectious materials, requiring adherence to safety protocols.
