Physician – Hospital Medicine

Job Details:

• Per diem Hospitalist opportunity with flexible scheduling options including day, night, and swing shifts based on departmental needs
• Provide comprehensive inpatient care for acutely ill adult patients in a collaborative Hospital Medicine team setting
• Work closely with specialists, nursing staff, care management teams, and primary care providers to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine required
• Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure required
• Experience managing acutely ill adult patients in an inpatient setting required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills required
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care required
• Opportunities to participate in quality improvement initiatives and medical education

Compensation:
