About This Role The Registered Nurse in Inpatient Behavioral Health is responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to ensure effective patient care delivery and safety. Highlights Location: Northampton, MA Facility: Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Inc. Schedule: Part-Time, Night shift (11:00pm - 7:30am, includes rotating weekends and holidays) Pay: $42.19 - $72.88/Hourly What You'll Do Deliver patient care through assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Direct and coordinate all nursing care for patients based on clinical nursing practice standards. Collaborate with other professional disciplines to achieve desired patient outcomes. Maintain a safe milieu to ensure patient safety. Provide nursing care as a member of a multi-disciplinary treatment team. Practice under the supervision of the Medical Director.
