Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members. Ensure optimal patient satisfaction and care experience. Administer medications using clinical documentation technology. Provide patient and family-centered care for health and wellness optimization. Collaborate interdisciplinary to manage patient care plans from admission to discharge.
