We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Planner who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys balancing inventory, production planning, and customer service objectives. This position works cross-functionally with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, brand management, and external manufacturing partners to optimize inventory levels, improve supply chain performance, and support business growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute production and inventory plans for internal manufacturing facilities and contract manufacturers to ensure optimal product availability.Manage inventory levels across manufacturing plants, third-party warehouses, and co-packers while balancing customer service, working capital, and operational efficiency.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate production schedules, replenishment activities, and deployment plans.Monitor inventory performance and proactively resolve supply challenges to maintain high customer service levels and order fulfillment.Participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by preparing planning data, providing supply recommendations, and supporting inventory strategies.Support new product launches, promotional events, seasonal demand, portfolio changes, and network optimization initiatives.Analyze supply chain performance using KPIs and planning data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.Partner with manufacturing and supplier teams to optimize production frequencies, minimum order quantities, yields, and capacity utilization.Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning accuracy, operational efficiency, and supply chain performance.Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders including manufacturing, inventory management, logistics, and brand management, as well as external suppliers, co-packers, and third-party logistics providers.Qualifications3–5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Material Planning, Production Scheduling, or Demand Planning within a manufacturing environment.Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.Experience working with ERP/MRP systems preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret supply chain data and performance metrics.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Experience utilizing KPIs to improve inventory performance, customer service, and operational efficiency.
