Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts within a fast-paced Consumer Products manufacturing environment. This is a fully onsite position, working onsite five days per week, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across a variety of functions, with a strong focus on staff-level and operations roles. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for high-demand and hard-to-fill roles Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and pipeline activity Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal policies Participate in workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives within the talent acquisition function Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within manufacturing, consumer products, or industrial environments Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume environment Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
