SymphonyAI Retail, Inc. seeks a Lead Consultant in Palo Alto, CA.
Duties:
- Lead technical workshops during the initiation and definition stages of projects.
- Design and create sophisticated project development and testing environments that mirror the hardware and software stack to be used at the client site.
- Oversee configuration of the Symphony product as outlined in the design documentation.
- Manage source control on projects and collaborate with the release manager to ensure efficient source and version control.
- Ensure compliance with the company's delivery assurance process and governance standards.
- Resolve complex environmental issues encountered during software deployment and configuration.
- Conduct comprehensive data management and unit testing.
- Support the services QA team by resolving test defects and clarifying test plans and cases.
- Guide the client through SIT, UAT, performance, and security testing phases.
- Lead the packaging of solutions, document installation instructions/notes, and oversee package deployment.
- Provide expert support to clients during the installation of packages into their environments.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field plus 2 years of related experience. Also requires 2 years of experience in all of the following: working in a technical troubleshooting environment; software installation and test environment creation; SQL; database such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Postgres, or similar; software development life cycle (SDLC); and working in an Agile environment.
40 hours/week, $149,365 - $149,365 per year. Must also have authority to work permanently in the U.S.
